Return & Exchange
Unfortunately, we only accept refund or exchange for item that is faulty or incorrect related to materials or to technical issues from THE VU.
Please contact us for our best assistance within 48 hours of receipt of the product for any sign of damage/breakage, defective or wrong item(s). Also make sure to keep your invoice and original packaging for your return, replace, or warranty claim.
Warranty
Our warranty lasts for 12 months starting from the date of purchase. In order to claim under the defects warranty you must notify THE VU promptly upon discovery of a possible problem together with details of date of purchase, original receipt as proof of purchase and product description.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund or to have the goods repaired if the goods are technically false by manufacturer, or are different from what describe on our site.
However, this warranty specifically excludes these issues:
- Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused or misused for other than its intended purpose, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. Also, damage due to normal wear and tear, cut or scratches, natural impacts or accidents.
- Material colour variation. We endeavour to reduce colour shifts and bring you the optimised digital experience but colour may vary slightly due to different devices you may use. Moreover, as wood is a natural material, light tone differences among the various elements that make up the product may occur. Furthermore, if the products are purchased in different periods, the elapsed time and climatic conditions can cause variations in colour and/or tonality and THE VU cannot accept any claim in this regard.
- No claim will be recognised for damage to upholstery due to natural wear, tear or scratch, or due to insects and vermin.
